Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority mail, and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, and average shipping time is 3-5 days; however, once USPS accepts your package, shipping times are out of our control. 

Returns

Here at Seny Kids, providing exceptional customer service is very important. We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must still have tags attached, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing. Please emailinfo@senykids.com to initiate your return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return fees.Our mailer bags are 100% reusable and recyclable, so please use the same bag to ship back to us! If you choose to use your own packaging, you will be responsible for the shipping label.

Some items may be classified as final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, and it’s available, please emailinfo@senykids.com.
