Care information
Your Seny clothes are made to be washed inside out, in cold water on a gentle cycle, and hung or laid flat to dry. For ultimate longevity, we recommend washing with like fabrics.
Bamboo fabric is very delicate, which is why we love it for our little ones! Because of its delicacy, the fabric can pill depending on the fabrics it’s rubbing against. This is why we recommend washing it inside out, with like fabrics (no towels, velcro, etc), and hanging or laying flat to dry. Luckily, pilling doesn’t affect the functionality of the clothes!
Shipping details
Orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days, and rates are determined by your order size and location. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. It typically takes USPS 3-5 days to deliver your Seny to you. The wait is worth it, trust us!
Return policy
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must still have tags attached, and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept worn or washed clothing. Please email info@senykids.com to initiate your return/exchange. Customer is responsible for return fees. Our mailer bags are 100% reusable and recyclable, so you can use the same bag to ship back to us! Please note that winter patterns (winter animals, evergreen trees, and forest green) are final sale and not eligible for returns.
